1. Milagros R. Del Rosarios Building- Being one of the first buildings to be built on the school property, the Milagros building used to flourish with Grade 5 to Grade 11 students. This massive four-storey building has 35 classrooms, a 200-seat auditorium, 3 computer laboratories, and more rooms. That's a lot for a building such as this. The building was completed on April 2003 and remains an iconic piece of history in the continuing years of De La Salle University Integrated School.

2. Learning Community 2- A recently built structure here in DLSU-IS, LC2 is where the high school students (from Grade 7 to Grade 11) study and develop to be prepared for their tenures in college. Spawning a robotics laboratory, 2 computer classrooms, a THM lab, and other rooms, it certainly is an interesting time to be in LC2. Not only is it a 5-storey building, but it was one of the results of the school to  change the DLSC name to be an integrated school.

3. Learning Community 1- LC1 may only be a 2-storey building (not including the Annex), but it covers a lot of parts in the school property. This is where the young students start in Nursery and work their way up to Grade 6, where they will prepare the next phase which is high school. It stands beside the Pergola and the Annex.

4. Annex- The Annex was an additional building to LC1 and is also where Grades 4-6 study. A 3-storey building with a playing field where they could enjoy playing soccer, frisbee, kickball, etc.

5. Pergola- There's always something that happens in the Pergola. Either a morning assembly, a basketball game, or maybe even a Reach-In program. The pergola is a special venue for events to be organized by the academic community.

6. Covered Court- Like the pergola, the covered court is another special venue designed to hold events organized by the academic community. It also has an opencourt next to it, so in case everyone's occupying the covered court, you still have an area to play basketball.

7. One Mission Park- The One Mission Park is a simple, green, and environmental-friendly park with a statue of our patron saint and teacher of teachers Saint John Baptist De La Salle with a 100 sign to go with it. This is an ideal place to visit once school's done and you just want to chill while waiting for your parents or driver.
